Meet your caterers
We're Tommaso and Luisa, the Italian couple behind Amaranto. When Luisa was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance, Tommaso spent over a year perfecting a pasta recipe that was completely gluten-free yet every bit as delicious as the real thing.
That same obsession with getting it right now shapes every wedding we cater. Your coeliac guests get complete peace of mind, and everyone else simply gets very good Italian food.

Got questions?
We recommend getting in touch 6 to 12 months ahead for peak wedding weekends, especially from October to March. If your date is sooner, it's still worth asking.
Yes. Our kitchen is 100% dedicated gluten-free, with no gluten-containing ingredients brought on site. Please still tell us about coeliac guests when you enquire so we can plan carefully.
We regularly cater weddings from 20 to 200 guests. If your event is larger, include the numbers in your enquiry and we will confirm the best setup.
Yes. We tailor the menu around your venue, service style, dietary needs and guest numbers, while staying within the dishes we know we can execute well at scale.
