Amy and Vince married on 7 August 2021, in the middle of winter, at Warblers Retreat. It was a drizzly afternoon, and the "Take shelter" umbrellas at the door did their job. Amy wore a cream leather jacket embroidered with flowers over her dress, which was exactly right for the weather, and Vince's blue waistcoat was a lovely pop of colour against the grey sky.
The ceremony started at 3:30, then guests moved on to antipasti and drinks at 4:00. We set up an antipasto table, with our caravan parked just outside the covered dining area and the menu on chalkboards for everyone to read.
