19 January 2025. Phaedra and Isaac outdoor wedding took place at Phaedra’s beautiful childhood home in Matakana. A stretch tent was set against the house, adorned with colorful festoon and beautiful wooden tables and benches.
They opted for a 6pm ceremony so they could had a first look and all family photos and enjoy the rest if the evening with their guests.
Right after the ceremony we served canapés on trays, these were walked around by waiters and then we followed with a family style service for dinner.

Canapés:
Bruschetta with mozzarella ,tomato, homemade basil pesto
Bruschetta with salmon, whipped ricotta, lemon
Arancini pork sausage, peas and saffron with garlic mayo
Potato and mozzarella croquettes with garlic mayo
Mains:
Ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach served with tomato and basil sauce
Gnocchi with lamb ragù
Desserts:
Panna cotta with berry sauce
Tiramisù
We just wanted to say a huge thank you for your service on Sunday. Everyone adored the food and had an excellent time. People were especially happy with the Panna Cotta.
