Emma and Chris wedding was set amongst the beautiful hills of Waitoki under a beautiful Hampton marquee.
They choose a relaxed service with five canapés walked around by waiters and dinner served from the food truck.
Emma and Chris canapé choice:
Salmon, whipped ricotta, lemon on gluten free bruschetta
Summer skewers, fresh mozzarella, eggplants, tomatoes
Sourdough focaccia, homemade mayo, salad and salame Milano
Arancini pork sausage, peas and saffron, garlic mayo
Pizzelle fritte (Deep fried gluten free pizza dough with rich tomato sauce, basil and parmesan cheese)
The day was a bit rainy with wind gusts so unfortunately we had to change the plans slightly and do a tray service for the dinner as well so we could concentrate on making sure the food didn’t blow away.
We served Bis di Primi (two entrée size of pasta), Ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach served with tomato and basil sauce and Gnocchi with lamb ragù. Followed by our Meatballs with white wine sauce.
