Ninety guests, a beautiful rural setting south of Auckland, and a warm Italian feast to bring everyone together. That's what Tim and Courtney chose for their wedding day — and we were so happy to be part of it.
We set up an antipasto table for the canapés, so guests could help themselves and mingle over Pizzelle fritte and potato and mozzarella croquettes — relaxed and convivial, very Italian. For dinner, guests came to the caravan to collect their pasta: ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach in a tomato and basil sauce, and spaghetti with prosciutto, lemon and cream.
